How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 7 days
WhatsApp us or email with your Order ID and reason for return. Include photos of the item.

Get return approval
We will review your request within 24 hours and send you return instructions if approved.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We will share the return address.

Receive your exchange / refund
Once we receive the item, we process exchanges in 3–5 business days. Refunds take 5–7 business days.
